Our Story
Daily started with a simple idea: coffee has the power to change the direction of a day.
It began when Matt Waldon, Jonah Gregory, and Elijah Freeney saw an opportunity to create something more intentional than the typical coffee stop. Matt brought a background in curating environments people wanted to be. Jonah, founder of Viewfinder Coffee Roasters, brought more than a decade in coffee and a belief that quality matters most when it becomes part of someone’s everyday life. Elijah brought a deep personal connection to coffee through a family heritage of coffee farmers, along with a technical understanding of the craft shaped by earning his Q Grader certification in China.
Together, they began imagining a coffee company built around the small rituals that shape our days: the first cup in the morning, the familiar face behind the bar, the quick conversation that turns into a friendship, or the drink that gives you exactly what you needed before heading into whatever comes next.
That mix of backgrounds became part of Daily’s foundation. Coffee is not treated as a trend or a commodity, but as something with a long story behind it, from the people who grow it to the people who roast it, prepare it, and ultimately drink it.
What started small quickly became something bigger. Daily was built to pair genuinely great coffee with thoughtful hospitality, approachable food, and spaces that feel easy to return to again and again. We partner with people we believe in, from Viewfinder Coffee Roasters to Hugo Tea, and obsess over the details without making the experience feel precious.
Because most days aren’t defined by one huge moment. They’re shaped by dozens of small ones.
We make coffee and build relationships to be the key that turns a bad day into a good one.
Coffee for every day. People for the long haul.
No Bad Days.
Daily.
